Lose Love Handles
Eat Healthy
We have all heard this a million times, but why do you think it keeps reappearing? Because it works! The key to eating healthier is doing so in small steps. Cut out sugary drinks like soda pop and sugar-based juices. Drink lots of water, it flushes out your system and helps prevent water retention.
After you've got that down, start eating more vegetables. Green peppers and celery are negative calories. This means the calories you're burning by digesting them is more than the calories in the actual food. (Perfect midnight snack!)
Eat leaner meats and eat less junk food like chips and cookies. Too many people try to give up everything cold turkey and find themselves binging the next day! Changing bad habits into healthy ones is tough, but it can be done.
Exercise
Exercise is one of the most vital parts of everyday life. Whether you're trying to lose weight or not, exercise energizes you and keeps you healthy. There are several exercises targeted toward your tummy and love handles that will assist you in getting rid of them!
Do cardio workouts--This includes running, jogging, swimming, biking, jump rope and many other activities that will get your heart rate up! You should do cardio 20-30 minutes a day 4-5 times a week. Just like eating healthier, you can work up to this as well.
You may start out doing 20 minutes twice a week and as you feel more comfortable you can continue to increase the amount of time you exercise. Do complete strength exercises-- Many people make the mistake of not working out specific areas of their bodies. Doing full body strength and resistance exercises will increase your overall muscle mass.
More muscle mass burns off more fat each minute because muscle mass burns the most calories in order to maintain itself. Full body workouts will boost your heart rate and will get those fat deposits to dissolve.
